The Challenge

The clinic was relying mainly on walk-in visits and was losing prospective patients due to busy phone lines during morning OPD hours. Online search presence was minimal.

Organized the clinic's core medical specialties into clear service pages, optimized their Google Business Profile for Dattagalli and Kuvempunagar, and added direct WhatsApp booking buttons.
