01 The Situation
The challenge before we started.
Over 600 architectural SKUs (tiles, natural stone slabs, architectural cladding) were locked in a 140MB PDF that specifiers could not search and search engines could not index. Contractors found submitting quote requests cumbersome.
Project Objective
Make all product lines discoverable to architects and general contractors, facilitate physical sample ordering, and automate commercial quotation triage.

Built a database-backed product catalogue with faceted filtering by finish, thickness, fire rating, and indoor/outdoor application; added single-click CAD/Revit downloads and an automated BOQ spreadsheet RFQ builder.
BIM, Revit & CSI Specification Portal
Engineered single-click access for architects to download 3D textures, BIM models, and specification documents.
Material Swatch Ordering System
